Privacy policy
Information shared through the site and email.

Who handles your information
Quire is operated by Arcadia Consulting, LLC, formerly 312 Productions NW LLC. For privacy questions, contact hello@quirebooks.org.
Information you send
The site has no enquiry form, mailing-list signup or online checkout. Its email links open your email application. When you email Quire, your message may include your name, email address, book interests, photographs, project brief, location, budget and other details you choose to provide.
Quire uses that information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposed title list or written quote, and manage an engagement you agree to. Please send only information relevant to the enquiry. Do not email payment-card details, passwords or identity documents.
Website hosting and technical data
The website is hosted by Netlify. Hosting involves technical data, which may include IP address, browser or device details, requested pages and request times, for delivery, security and operation of the website. See Netlify's privacy policy for its handling of information.
Quire has not added advertising trackers or a client-side analytics script to this site. Fonts are served with the pages, rather than requested from an external font service. This does not mean the hosting service records no technical data.
Email and service providers
Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver messages and run these services. Information you send by email is handled through Quire's email services and is not published on this website.
Privacy requests
Email hello@quirebooks.org if you want to ask about information you have sent, correct it or request its deletion. Requests need to be considered alongside any ongoing engagement and applicable recordkeeping requirements. This page does not promise a fixed deletion deadline.
Other websites
Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. This policy describes the current Quire enquiry site. A checkout, form or mailing-list service would need its own disclosures before being introduced.
